Due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun. Please review all customization details, spelling, sizes, colors, and shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
