Because all apparel items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, all custom apparel sales are final. Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We are not taking any personal items to customize.
